AZ Property Inspections President and Owner Tim O'Neall has trained more than 120 individuals wanting to become home inspectors within Arizona. Training includes mandatory parallel inspections where the potential inspector is shown how to perform a proper inspection, tested and graded when the process is complete.

AZ Property Inspections has been a member of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) since 1996. ASHI is the nation's oldest and most prestigious professional associations for home inspectors. All inspections are preformed in accordance with the Professional Standards of Practice for both the State of Arizona and ASHI. In addition, Adirondack is also involved with the local Arizona chapter of ASHI - AZASHI.
Experienced and Educated
Meet Tim:
AZ Property Inspections, Inc. President and Owner Tim O'Neall, ACI earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and is currently an MBA candidate. Tim has more than 25 years experience as a home inspector and an environmental consultant combined. Prior to his career in property inspection, Tim was a Director of Sales for a major Environmental Consulting firm in New York City. Tim has earned ASHI's highest certification, the ACI Gold Standard.
Meet Liz:
AZ Property Inspections, Inc. Vice President and Owner Liz O'Neall earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Management. Prior to joining AZ Property Inspections, Liz had a 25 year career in Marketing and Communication in both the corporate and non-profit sector serving as an Editor, Marketing Director and VP of Communication.
